Overview In this role you will oversee a 2.5m new build steel frame industrial project for a growing main contractor, from initiation to completion. You will ensure on-site delivery of an industrial/warehouse development, coordinating with teams to meet schedule and safety standards. The project is based near North West London, with a focus on steel frame construction and cross-functional collaboration. This opportunity offers hands-on project leadership within a dynamic, client-facing environment.
Pay / Benefits - salary 60,000 - 70,000 + package
Responsibilities - Oversee the project from start to finish on a new build steel frame industrial/warehouse scheme
- Coordinate on-site delivery, scheduling, and safety compliance
- Manage communication with stakeholders and subcontractors to maintain timeline and budget
- Ensure quality standards and compliance for a large industrial project
- Support project planning and risk management throughout construction
- Liaise with client representatives to meet project expectations
Key requirements - Experienced Project Manager with a track record at a reputable Main Contractor
- Experience on new build industrial/warehouse projects
- Steel frame construction experience
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- Able to commute to North West London
